In today’s society youth are faced with pressures and stressful situations almost as often as adults. Each generation is being handed a more stressful, demanding environment to live in – and less opportunity for relaxation, leisure time and personal space.

My mindfulness coaching methods are gentle and non-invasive, helping clients during sessions and giving them tools to address challenges beyond our sessions.  Children are more open to sessions and respond remarkably well; they often require fewer sessions and have more immediate results than adults.
